Bollywood actor Anushka Sharma and her family, including cricket superstar husband Virat Kohli, have significantly expanded their Mumbai property portfolio with the purchase of three luxury apartments totaling approximately ₹44.1 crore. The high-value transactions, involving properties on the same floor of the Godrej Skyshore project in Versova, Mumbai, were registered in July 2026.
Details of the Mumbai Property Acquisitions
According to property registration documents accessed by real estate data analytics firm CRE Matrix, the family's latest investment is located on Yari Road in Versova. Anushka Sharma herself acquired an apartment spanning approximately 2,153 sq ft for ₹14.89 crore. This transaction was registered on July 8, 2026, with Sharma reportedly paying ₹74.47 lakh in stamp duty.
Her parents, Ashima and Ajay Kumar Sharma, purchased an adjoining apartment in the same project for ₹10.91 crore, registering their transaction on the same date. They paid ₹65.44 lakh in stamp duty for their property. Both apartments come with dedicated covered basement parking spaces.
Joint Purchase with Virat Kohli
The third apartment was a joint acquisition by Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli, valued at ₹18.29 crore. This larger residence, measuring 2,644 sq ft and including three car parking spaces, was registered on July 21, 2026, according to documents from Zapkey. All three apartments are situated on the 24th floor of Tower A of the Godrej Skyshore development, which is currently under construction. Possession for Anushka's and her parents' units is anticipated by June 30, 2031.
Expanding Real Estate Investments
These Mumbai purchases add to the couple's growing real estate holdings. In January 2026, Anushka and Virat Kohli reportedly bought two adjoining land parcels in Alibaug for ₹37.86 crore, registering the deal with a stamp duty of approximately ₹2.27 crore. This followed an earlier Alibaug investment in 2022, where they acquired nearly eight acres for ₹19.24 crore across two transactions, later developing a luxury holiday home on the site.
The apartments were purchased from One-Stop Business Services LLP, with Godrej Properties serving as the developer.

Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli are not the only celebrities to invest in Godrej Skyshore. Actor Tabassum Fatima Hashmi, known as Tabu, also purchased a 2,153 sq ft apartment in the same building in April 2026 for ₹10 crore, months before the Sharma-Kohli family's transactions came to light.
