Five major IPOs from Dhoot Transmission, Molbio Diagnostics, and Milky Mist Dairy Food are open for subscription, seeking to raise Rs 8,300 crore. Grey market premiums indicate potential listing gains.

Five initial public offerings (IPOs) are currently open for investors, aiming to collectively raise approximately Rs 8,300 crore from the market. These include Dhoot Transmission, Molbio Diagnostics, Milky Mist Dairy Food, LEAP India, and Technocraft Ventures. While some issues are nearing their close, others have just commenced, with investors closely monitoring their subscription status and grey market premiums (GMPs) for potential listing gains.

It is important to note that grey market premiums are unofficial indicators and do not guarantee a listing pop for any issue. Investors should conduct thorough due diligence before making investment decisions.

Technocraft Ventures IPO

As of 3:10 PM on the closing day, Technocraft Ventures' primary offering was subscribed 29.61 times overall. The qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) portion was booked 24.38 times, non-institutional investors (NIIs) saw subscription of 57.73 times, and retail investors' quota was subscribed 20.54 times.

The IPO, which opened on Friday, August 7, offered shares in the price band of Rs 200-212 with a lot size of 70 equity shares. Technocraft Ventures aims to raise Rs 252 crore. Its grey market premium stands at Rs 24 per share, suggesting a potential 11 percent listing gain.

LEAP India IPO

LEAP India's IPO was subscribed 4.40 times overall by 3:10 PM on its closing day. The QIB portion was booked 7.55 times, the NII category 9.29 times, and the retail quota 1.24 times.

The offering, which opened on Friday, August 7, had a price band of Rs 151-159 per share and a lot size of 94 equity shares. LEAP India intends to raise Rs 2,480 crore. The stock is commanding a grey market premium of Rs 10-13 per share, indicating a possible 6-8 percent listing gain.

Dhoot Transmission IPO

Investors bid for Dhoot Transmission shares 3.16 times the IPO size by the same time. The QIB category was subscribed 47 percent, NIIs 7.99 times, and retail investors 2.57 times. The employee portion was booked 3.09 times.

The Dhoot Transmission IPO, which opened on Monday, August 10, is priced at Rs 829-871 per share with a lot size of 17 shares. The company expects to mobilize Rs 3,067 crore. Its grey market premium is Rs 245-250 per share, pointing to an estimated 28 percent premium at listing.

Molbio Diagnostics IPO

Molbio Diagnostics' public issue witnessed an overall subscription of 2.58 times. The QIB portion was subscribed 1.20 times, NIIs 4.06 times, and retail investors 2.73 times. Employees' portion was booked 3.97 times.

The IPO, which opened on Monday, August 10, has a price band of Rs 768-807 per share and a lot size of 18 equity shares. Molbio aims to raise around Rs 940 crore. The stock's grey market premium is Rs 122-127, implying a possible 15-16 percent listing premium.

Milky Mist Dairy Food IPO

Milky Mist Dairy Food's IPO attracted bids equivalent to 63 percent of the shares on offer. Qualified institutional buyers subscribed 39 percent of their reserved portion, while NII and retail categories recorded subscriptions of 61 percent and 77 percent, respectively.

The IPO opened for bidding on Tuesday, August 11, with a price band of Rs 133-140 per share and a lot size of 107 shares. The company plans to raise Rs 1,553 crore. In the unofficial market, shares are trading at a grey market premium of Rs 21 apiece, suggesting a potential listing gain of 15 percent over the upper end of the IPO price band.
