The OFS will open for non-retail investors on June 9 and for retail investors on June 10.

Telecom Sector: Airtel & Vodafone Idea's Legal Win

In a significant ruling for the telecom industry, the Bombay High Court has struck down the Centre's one-time spectrum charge previously imposed on Bharti Airtel and Vodafone Idea. The court ruled that the government lacked the authority to retrospectively alter the financial terms of telecom licenses years after they had been granted, providing substantial relief to both operators.

Grasim Industries: Major Capacity Expansion

Aditya Birla Group company Grasim Industries has announced a substantial investment of Rs 3,094 crore for the Phase II expansion of its Lyocell capacity. This expansion, located at Harihar, Karnataka, will add 110 KTPA (kilo tonnes per annum) through two production lines, each with a capacity of 55 KTPA. The first line is projected to be commissioned by 2028, with the second following by 2030.

IRB Infrastructure Developers: Strong Toll Revenue Growth

Toll operator IRB Infrastructure Developers reported a significant increase in its toll revenue for May. The company's revenue surged by 25 percent year-on-year to Rs 843 crore, up from Rs 672 crore in the corresponding month last year. This figure includes contributions from its two sponsored InvITs: IRB Infrastructure Trust and IRB InvIT Fund.
