The production team is preparing for a massive rollout across all premium formats, including IMAX.

Resolving Release Date Speculation

The confirmed November 5 date puts an end to earlier speculation surrounding the film's release schedule. Previous reports had indicated conflicting dates, including November 6 from an international trailer distributed by Sony Pictures and a Diwali release mentioned by producer Namit Malhotra. This latest announcement solidifies the worldwide theatrical opening.

The release of Ramayana: Part One will be accompanied by a new poster featuring the lead cast and the powerful slogan, “Yeh Ram ke Yug ka Aarambh hai,” signifying the dawn of a new cinematic era for the ancient narrative. Following this initial installment, Ramayana: Part Two is already slated for a Diwali 2027 release, continuing the epic saga.
