According to property registration documents, the apartment boasts a carpet area of 1,913.41 square feet and includes three dedicated car parking spaces, adding to its exclusivity in the bustling central Mumbai real estate market.
The transaction, with a precise value of ₹13,96,78,930, also incurred a stamp duty payment of ₹69,83,950. The apartment was purchased from Kohinoor Planet Constructions Private Limited.
