Analyst Recommendations

  • Anand Rathi Share & Stock Brokers: Rated "Subscribe for long-term," citing favorable industry tailwinds, reasonable valuation (16.9 times FY26 P/E), superior scale, strong growth trajectory, and a robust return on net worth.
  • Marwadi Financial Services: Assigned an "Avoid" rating, highlighting concerns over low cash conversion, declining EBITDA and PAT margins, and an expensive valuation.
  • BP Equities: Recommended "Subscribe," considering the issue's valuation at 10.25 times FY26 earnings, diversified customer and end-market exposure, growth opportunities from capacity expansion, and improved financial leverage post-debt repayment.
  • Arihant Capital Markets: Issued a "Neutral" rating, acknowledging BCSSL's strong positioning to benefit from growing processed steel demand and established OEM/ODM relationships. However, they noted that diversification remains an execution-led opportunity and dependence on the appliance segment is a key monitorable.
  • Ventura: Recommended "Subscribe," based on the company's service to multiple industries and its expanding customer base, which grew from 225 in FY24 to 261 in FY26.
