Key Vacancies and Salaries
RVNL has specified one vacancy for each of the following unreserved positions:
- Manager (Corporate Social Responsibility): Offering a salary between ₹50,000 and ₹1,60,000 per month. The maximum age for this post is 40 years.
- Deputy Manager (Company Secretary): With a salary range of ₹40,000 to ₹1,40,000 per month. Applicants for this position must be a maximum of 35 years old.
- Assistant Manager (Company Secretary): Providing a salary between ₹30,000 and ₹1,20,000 per month. The maximum age limit is 35 years.
Eligibility Criteria
Manager (CSR)
- Candidates must hold a two-year full-time Master's degree in Social Work from a UGC-recognised university.
- A minimum of eight years of relevant work experience is required, along with meeting specified private-sector CTC conditions (minimum ₹12 lakh annually).
Deputy Manager (Company Secretary)
- Applicants must be graduates and members of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
- A minimum of five years of relevant work experience is essential, alongside meeting specified private-sector CTC conditions (minimum ₹10 lakh annually).
Assistant Manager (Company Secretary)
- Candidates need a Commerce degree coupled with CS (Inter), CA (Inter), or CMA (Inter) qualification.
- A minimum of three years of relevant work experience is mandatory, along with meeting specified private-sector CTC conditions (minimum ₹8 lakh annually).
Application Process and Fees
The selection process may involve a written test, an interview, and a medical examination, though RVNL reserves the right to modify this process. An application fee of ₹400 is applicable for General and OBC candidates, payable via Demand Draft in favour of Rail Vikas Nigam Limited, payable at New Delhi. Candidates belonging to SC, ST, EWS, and PwBD/PWD categories are exempt from this fee.
Important Conditions for Selected Candidates
Selected individuals will undergo a probation period of two years. Additionally, they will be required to sign a service bond of ₹4 lakh plus GST, committing to serve RVNL for a minimum of three years beyond the probation period. Existing RVNL employees may be eligible for age relaxation based on their service duration.
