Royal Enfield has unveiled two major new motorcycles, the Himalayan 750 and Continental GT 750, at the EICMA 2026 exhibition in Milan. This launch marks a significant expansion of the company's premium motorcycle portfolio as it aims to strengthen its presence in the global mid-size motorcycle market.

The All-New Royal Enfield Himalayan 750

The Royal Enfield Himalayan 750 is the manufacturer's first 750cc adventure motorcycle and a direct successor to the original Himalayan 411, which debuted in 2016. It is powered by an all-new 743cc air/oil-cooled parallel-twin engine, delivering 63 Nm of torque at 5,000 rpm. Designed for extensive touring and challenging off-road conditions, the Himalayan 750 comes equipped with a suite of advanced features.

  • Five riding modes
  • Cornering ABS
  • Lean-sensitive traction control
  • Cruise control
  • Six-axis Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU)

Further specifications include a 195kg payload capacity, a 17-litre fuel tank, and an 815mm seat height. Bookings for the Royal Enfield Himalayan 750 opened across Europe on November 3rd, 2026, available through Royal Enfield's website and dealerships. Customers can choose between cast and spoked wheel options across multiple colorways.

Continental GT 750: A Sportier Evolution

Alongside the adventure-focused Himalayan, Royal Enfield also revealed the Continental GT 750. This model represents a sportier evolution within the company's popular café racer range. Utilizing an uprated version of the new 743cc twin-cylinder engine platform, the Continental GT 750 is set to become Royal Enfield's highest-performance production motorcycle to date.

Further Portfolio Expansions and Brand Refresh

Beyond the 750cc lineup, Royal Enfield showcased the Flying Flea S6, a scrambler-style electric motorcycle. This new electric offering aims to broaden the company's dedicated electric mobility brand, moving beyond urban commuting with an off-road riding mode. The Flying Flea S6 is slated for launch in summer 2027.

Other announcements at EICMA included a limited-edition Shotgun 650 'Son of a Gun,' created in collaboration with custom motorcycle brand Deus Ex Machina, with only 100 units planned globally. Royal Enfield also introduced its new 1901 apparel collection, marking the debut of a refreshed brand identity that will be progressively rolled out across its products, showrooms, and dealerships.

B. Govindarajan, Managing Director of Eicher Motors and CEO of Royal Enfield, stated that these new products underscore the company's commitment to expanding its portfolio while maintaining its core philosophy of 'Pure Motorcycling.' The launches coincide with Royal Enfield's 125th anniversary year, signaling a strategic push into higher-capacity segments and electric mobility.
